There are 6 rooms, of which 6 are doubles. Need a car? Car rental is available for our visitors in the Bed & Breakfast. Park free of charge at the Bed & Breakfast. All rooms have a safe for your valuables and a kettle for preparing coffee. The hotel has 6 non-smoking rooms and is always pleased to provide an extra bed for your children if indicated when making your reservation. Children below the age of 5 are not charged for. All our rooms have en-suite facilities. The Estate is beautifully designed, and has spacious and well–appointed rooms appropriate for corporate accommodations, weekend getaways, conferences & foreign visitors alikeAll around you and from every balcony, the views are of lush greenery. The rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, spring mattresses, hair dryer in the bathroom .Indigenous, natural materials are used in the rooms – everything from the chairs to the cupboards and the bed linen is natural. The Estate B&B is the perfect mix of every material comfort along with a more homely vibe, which keeps things informal and casual. The living area downstairs is perfect for some rest & relaxation, as is the small library near by – full of great books. The garden overlooking your room is also a nice hang out area – with a hammock and a swing to while away the time. We also arrange to get masseurs to your room to get you whatever spa treatment you would like. The B&B is more of a base from where you could take in the sights of the city or relax after coming back from a trip nearby. In India, the idea of a B&B is a little different from Europe. Here, the rooms are separate from the owner’s home and you get all your meals – not just breakfast! The owner is also the trustee of a non-profit organisation called MAGIC, and a small cut from your bill goes towards this charity for the uplift of the girl child.
